This 8 week weight loss program is designed to reduce or eliminate the sugar & wheat in your diet. Shake-the-Sugar & Beyond (STS&B) includes the following:
- This food plan leaves plenty of room for personalizing to best suit your lifestyle (which we accomplish during class) and includes meal ideas, grocery favorites, recipes and more!
- We talk about EXACTLY what to eat in order to beat the bloat and lose the weight.
- Shake-The-Sugar & Beyond is loaded with support and guidance! We are a group of problem solving, dedicated women who share their brilliance each and every week. This is a no-judgment zone filled with women going through the same process. The calls and secret Facebook page are monitored by Stacey 7 days a week and this is the hub of the Shake-the-Sugar community.
- This program includes a bonus one-on-one call with Stacey to discuss your weight loss challenges and goals. We will personalize this program just for you and you are always welcome to check in with me as needed.
- Our group calls are every Sunday and we discuss various topics either related to the modules or ones that are currently relevant to the group. It’s YOUR meeting so speak up and let us all know how you are doing what’s on your mind! These calls are every Sunday at 5 pm CST and I am always available for individual questions or support.
- Week 1: Welcome Letter, Helpful Resources, Food Plan, Setting an Intention and Creating a Goal, General Guidelines and Food Plan, Food List, Meal Ideas, A Brief Explanation of Why Sugar and Wheat Can Mess With Our Weight.
- Week 2: Place Where Sugar & Wheat Reside, Tame the Crave Tip, Your Optimal Food Plan
- Week 3: Emotional Eating Symptoms & Strategies
- Week 4: Top 10 Tips for Guilt Free Dining, Back on Track Guide, No-Fail Strategies to Avoid Deprivation
- Weeks 5-8: We will continue to discuss challenges and solutions to live the Shake the Sugar lifestyle.
